Vestry Meeting Minutes

Ilmer Parish 1925. The combined Easter Vestry meeting & meeting of Parochial Electors was, after due notice, held in the Parish Hall on Thursday April 16 at 7.30 p.m. There were present the vicar in the chair, Mr S.G. Boswell, Mr Fritz Kingham, Mr W. Kingham.

The minutes of the similar meeting held on Thurs. Ap. 24 1924 were read & approved.

The Vicar nominated Mr Fritz Kingham as his churchwarden for the ensuing year. Mr S.G. Boswell was unanimously elected peoples warden.

It was resolved that as in former years all adult communicants should be members of the P.C.C. Mr Boswell was unanimously elected Representative to the R.D. Conference & Mr Boswell undertook to act as Sec. to the P.C.C.

This was all the business.
