Vestry Meeting Minutes

Ilmer Parish. P.C.C. A meeting of the Parochial Church Council was held on Monday April 9th 1923 in the Church Hall. Present. The Rev. W.M. Tuke (vicar) in the chair. Mr Fritz Kingham (Churchwarden), Mrs Claydon, Mr & Mrs Ward, Mrs Fritz Kingham, Miss Claydon, Miss Richards, Mr Sydney G Boswell (Secretary).

The chairman announced that in future the church accounts would be made up from January to January.

The chairman also announced that there was a deficit of £2-9-9 on the church expenses account for the past year and that the Horsenden Parochial Church Council had kindly voted £2 towards this deficit. The accounts were submitted, moved & passed and the chairman was asked to convey the thanks of the Ilmer Parochial Church Council to the Horsenden Parochial Church Council for their kind and generous help.

It was proposed by the chairman and seconded by Mrs Claydon that Mrs Boswell be asked to be the representative for the Board of Missions at the Ruri-decanal Conference.

The meeting then closed.
