Vestry Meeting Minutes

Ilmer Parish. The Easter Vestry Meeting was held in the Parish Room, Ilmer, on Saturday, April 6, 1918, at 6 p.m. There were present the Rev. William O'Connor, Vicar, in the Chair, and Mr. Fritz W. Kingham.

The minutes of last meeting were read and signed.

The Churchwarden's accounts showed receipts £5-14-7½; expenditure - Church cleaning and kindling wood £3, Organist £2, Bellringer £1-5/-, Wine 3/-. Total £6-8/-. Adverse balance 13s.4½d.

The Chairman nominated Mr. F.W. Kingham as his Churchwarden for the ensuing year.

The sale of the Parish Room piano to Russell & Co. for £4 was authorised. Noted that the cost of Coal, 18s., was defrayed by Mrs. Jaques out of the proceeds of a Sale and Concert.
