2. INTERNAL AUDIT & ANNUAL GOVERNANCE AND ACCOUNTABILITY REPORT
The internal audit report and observations were again reviewed and that the bank reconciliation still presented challenges with a variance still prevalent.
In light of the need to urgently submit the Annual Governance and Annual Return to the auditors, it was agreed to submit the returns as per the prevailing position and post the results for public scrutiny. Investigations would continue to determine if the variance was attributable to previous year's submissions.
The meeting concluded at 11.00am.
