Ilmer Parish Meeting Minutes

A Parish Meeting was held at Mr. F. W. Kingham's house on March 24th 1904 at 6 p.m. when there were present Messrs G. Kingham, R. Belgrove, T. Goodchild. Alfred Hill, & F. W. Kingham and the Rev. J.E. Varley Chairman.

It was pointed out that owing to an inadvertence the Sum of £5.17.0 received for rent of parish cottages had been omitted from the receipt.

It was proposed by Mr. Belgrove, and seconded by Mr. Hill that the Sum above named together with £2.18.6 due for the current half year be included in a total amount of £8.15.6 in the accounts, thus rectifying the Mistake. Carried unanimously.

It was proposed by Mr. Belgrove seconded by Mr. Goodchild that Messrs Kingham & Gomme be re-appointed overseers. Carried unanimously.

Mr Hill proposed & Mr Belgrove seconded that the same parish constables be re-appointed. Carried unanimously.
