Ilmer Parish Meeting Minutes
on Monday March 20th 1899 at half past 6 O'Clock in the evening a Parish meeting was held in a room at James Burnhams House for the Purpose of appointing a Chairman for the ensuing year and appointing two Overseers. --
On the motion of Mr Richard Belgrove, seconded by Mr Alfred Hill, the Rev. J.E. Varley, Rector of the Parish, was unanimously appointed Chairman of the Parish Meeting.
On the motion of Mr James Burnham Messrs Richard Belgrove, and Alfred Hill, were re-appointed Overseers to collect Half-years Rates. This motion was carried unanimously.
