Ilmer Parish Meeting Minutes
On Thursday the 4th day of December 1894. A meeting of the Electors of the Parish was held pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Act 1894 in the cottage hired for the occasion.
On the motion of the Revd. J. Ormond seconded by Mr. Alfred Hill - Mr. Richard Belgrove was voted unanimously to the Chair.
On the motion of Mr. A. Hill seconded by Mr. Thos Goodchild & carried unanimously - it was determined that a Chairman & two overseers should be appointed to direct the affairs of the Parish.
On the motion of Mr. Richard Belgrove seconded by Mr. Alfred Hill the Revd. John Ormond was unanimously elected Chairman of the Parish Meeting.
